VeggieTales Bible {NIrV}

I love VeggieTales. Everything VeggieTales has to offer I want...So when the chance to review the VeggieTales {NIrV} Bible came up I was thrilled.

This bible is AMAZING and I love it. It's great for kids who love VeggieTales. The age range can be very broad depending on your child's reading level. I would put this as an early/mid elementary range, but again, this depends on each child. Seeing as the NIV version of the bible is fairly simple to read, this version NIrV {New International Readers Version} decreases the difficulty a bit. Plus, the version makes it wonderful to use for younger children who might be able to understand this version a little easier if read to them.

One of my favorite features of this bible are the VeggieTales comics that are throughout. There aren't as many as I would have liked, but the ones that are there pulled my kiddos attention and kept them engaged in the bible. They were learning about biblical stories, but in a new way. Also included are short book intros, Remember This sections with scripture to remember, tips on becoming a better person, and of course, the VeggieTales characters.

This is a cute bible and one I know that we will be using for a long time to come.

If you have a VeggieTales fan in your house, I highly suggest picking up a copy of this bible for them.
