The Set-Apart Woman: God's Invitation to Sacred Living by Leslie Ludy

I have been reading quite a few books lately about finding a deeper, more authentic faith but the one that has stood out to me the most, and is far above the rest is The Set-Apart Woman: God’s Invitation to Sacred Living by Leslie Ludy.
Leslie Ludy is the director of Set-Apart Girl which is a ministry encouraging young women towards a Christ centered life and femininity. She has written a number of books geared towards young women, but her new book is written for all women.

I have not had the luxury of reading any other books by Leslie, but after reading this one, I want to rush out and buy everyone she has written. This is such an amazingly wonderful book. I don’t know if I have read a book this good in a very long time.

It’s a breath of fresh air to read a book that puts Christ as the focus and points us to be set-apart for Him in a self-centered, fit in world.

It really is…It’s a book that will renew your heart and encourage your spirit to live a life that is more Christ-centered, which isn’t easy in the world we live in. Her words are a salve to your soul and no matter how you have lived before, it’s nice to know that we can all return to Christ.

This book really, truly is a call to become set-apart for the world. It would be a wonderful read for a teenage girl who is struggling with finding a place in our everyday society, and in the church, but it‘s also perfect for ever woman out there looking for a more authentic faith and life aside from what she sees in the media!
