Hot Body Year Round by Cassey Ho

Cassey Ho of Blogilates.com has released a new book called Hot Body Year Round. She lays out a plan of achieving and keeping the body and health that you are wanting, year round. This plan consists of the workouts for each season, clean eating, and lots of inspiration from her.

Before Cassey gets into her plan for a better body and life, she talks about what brought her to create the Blogilates brand. A life of expectation from her parents and when she realized she wasn’t happy living life on their terms, they stopped talking to her. But in the end, her parents realized that she was happy with the brand and life she had created, and that’s all they were concerned with…normal parental concern.

Her story of how the brand was created is amazing and encouraging, but what I really loved about this book is the workouts and recipes that are sprawled across the pages.

The book is broken down into the four seasons: Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall. Each season has 5 workouts and seasonal recipes to keep you in the best shape you can be. Some of the moves are fairly easy and great for beginners, while others are hard and more for the expert in Pilates, but there is definitely something for everyone.

The recipes are amazing and seasonal, so not only will they be healthy for you and offer variety, they are budget friendly since they are using seasonal ingredients. There is an Egg Nog Smoothie, Baked Pear, Fresh Fruit Salsa with Pita Chips, and even a Shamrock Shake recipe, just to name a few of the fabulous recipes, to keep you on the right track and your taste buds satisfied.

This is a wonderful addition to any workout/healthy eating lifestyle and I highly suggest you get this book.
