Tranquility: A Prayer and Reflection Coloring Journal

I am currently obsessed with the coloring book fad, but then again, I was coloring before it was cool. I have also been working towards journaling more often to help strengthen my relationship with God. Thanks to Tyndale Publisher for introducing me to a new, fantastic coloring journal titled Tranquility: A Prayer and Reflection Coloring Journal. 

What I loved about this journal is, well, everything. It's the perfect size to throw in your purse or small bag to take with you wherever you go. You have constant access to your coloring pages and journaled thoughts, as well as the amazingly sweet prayers and reflections that are filling the pages and help point you towards a quiet time that is God-centered, worshipful, peaceful and reflective.

Now, what caught my eye the most is the design of this coloring journal. While the size is the immediately noticed feature, there is so much more that leads me to believe that those who designed this really took into consideration who their target audience would be. The cover of the book is hardboard and lead to having a hard surface for coloring or writing no matter where you are. One thing that usually gets overlooked when it comes to coloring books is the type of page. This was also taking into account when they designed this book. The pages are thick and lend themselves to any coloring utensil from crayons to colored pencils to markers and pens. Genius design!

I have nothing bad to say about this journal. It truly is amazing and one of my favorites EVER!!!
