Gluten-Free for Good by Samantha Seneviratne

Gluten Free for Good by Samantha Seneviratne is a wonderful compilation of recipes that give you options if you are on a restricted diet.

I try to eat healthy and consciously and removing gluten from my diet is one of the things I changed. The hard part is that gluten is in everything and this book helps you find substitutions that will work for you. In the first part of the book Samantha talks about the gluten free pantry and what you can incorporate to complete your diet.

That's just a start to all of the wonderfulness of this book. The recipes are AMAZING. You will not be compromising taste to eat the way you need too. There are recipes for any time of the day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even sweet snacks. You can implement them into holiday dinners or entertaining because they are that tasty and can be made elegant.

Whether you are a gluten-free person or not this book will work for anyone. The majority of recipes don't involve any special ingredients and can even be made by kids with parental supervision. I am really happy with the addition of this book to my cookbook library and think you would be as well.
