Thrive by Arianna Huffington

I have been trying to find a way to explain how I felt about this book without being to harsh, but there is no other way for me to say it. This book was very slow, there was nothing innovative about what she had to say, and worst of all, it was very redundant. I had so much trouble working my way through this book and found myself quite bored, often.
It was filled with more stories than how-to's and maybe that's my own fault for diving into reading with my own preset ideas. But, much of the how-to are elementary and common sense.
Now, occasionally, there would be a stand out section, something that might catch my eye and those parts are the only motivation that kept me going. So, in it's entirety, it wasn't all bad.
I am not going to that this is a horrible book, because in fact, someone might find a few strategies to make their life easier, but I will say this book was not for me.
